Standard License Keys and Upgrades

Standard licenses are for license keys to be emailed to you, for software that you download from this site.

Upgrades are from registered standard versions of ArtWonk/MusicWonk. You must supply the existing license key, which can be found in the original registration email, or from the Help/Register menu of the running program. Copy full existing key into space provided in shopping cart, or email to support@algoart.com.

All minor version updates are free; major version upgrades are free for 1 year from date of purchase.

Academic Site License Key Generator

Site licenses are sold only to faculty members of an accredited academic institution, who will be responsible for generating keys. We require the faculty member have an official academic institution web presence such as an official faculty page, or a listing in the institution's faculty section. Copy faculty URL into space provided in shopping cart, or email to support@algoart.com.

The key generator is a small program that generates full featured academic license keys. The site license for ArtWonk will generate keys for Artwonk or MusicWonk; the license for MusicWonk generates keys for MusicWonk only. Keys may be generated for students' personal computers, faculty, staff, classroom computers, etc. The only restriction is that the recipient of the key should be related to the academic institution in some realistic way. This may include colleagues at other institutions, visiting faculty or artists, and exhibitions where student or faculty work is shown.

Site licenses are renewed annually; keys generated with the site license key generator have the same outdate as the key generator. Software updates, including new version releases, are free for the duration of the site license.
